OPEN by HE.R — Halloween in Central Kick-Off Party
OPEN by HE.R returns to Chater Road as the opening party of Halloween in Central, transforming the heart of the city into an ambitious open-air Halloween celebration under the city lights.
Expect HE.R's most powerful sound system and most ambitious stage design to date, alongside a stellar line-up featuring German “Super House” duo ANDHIM, Ukrainian selector Charmeine, homegrown HE.R Soundsystem (Alex Nude x Cocoa Zhou), and globe-trotting crate-digger CASAMUSICA — together turning Central into “A Place to Chater.”

Each session lasts 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes for changeover and cleaning. Both dates close at 9:00pm; the final session ends at 8:45pm.

Before you bounce
- For children aged 2–12 with their parents. Minimum height: 90 cm.
- Children under 120 cm must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult at all times.
- Each adult may accompany a maximum of one child under 120 cm.
- Maximum capacity: 40 people.

Boo-st Your Mood: Please email us to check availabilities. This website does not accept online registrations for pickleball.
DJ Kick-off Party: Yes, advance booking is required.
Bouncy Castle: Available on 24 October, 12:00pm–9:00pm, and 31 October, 2:00pm–9:00pm. Sign up on site for a 45-minute session; a fee applies. The last session ends at 8:45pm on both dates.
