Bouncy Castle Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION:
All participants must hold a valid ticket to enter the facility area, including accompanying parents or guardians. A ticket, does not guarantee admission. All admission and participation arrangements are subject to capacity, onsite conditions and staff’s decision.
The facility is suitable for children aged 2 to 12 who are at least 90 cm tall, together with their parents or guardians. Children under 2 years old or below 90 cm tall must not enter or use the facility. The Organiser and Operator may impose additional age, height, weight, health or participation restrictions for safety reasons.
A child below 120 cm tall must be accompanied, cared for, supervised and guided at all times by an adult aged 18 or above with a valid admission entitlement. The adult assumes full responsibility for the child and must ensure that the child complies with all Terms, notices and staff instructions.
Each adult may accompany a maximum of one child below 120 cm tall. The Organiser and Operator may, having regard to participants’ age, height, size or ability, onsite conditions or safety requirements, limit the number of accompanying persons, group or separate participants, or refuse admission.
The duration of each play session lasts for 45 minutes, or such other duration as solely determined by the Organiser or Operator subject to the circumstances. The facility has a maximum capacity of 40 persons at any time, including accompanying adults, or such lower number as the Organiser or Operator may determine for safety or operational reasons. Staff may require participants to leave immediately when their session ends.
To ensure the play experience, participants must arrive 15 minutes before the allocated session to complete admission procedures. No extension will be given for late arrival. The Organiser or Operator may cancel the place, refuse admission or admit another person, and all arrangements are subject to the final decision of the Organiser or onsite staff.
All purchased or issued tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable for another date or time, non-transferable, non-resalable and not redeemable for cash. No refund, compensation or replacement session will be provided for non-admission, late arrival, early departure, suspension or closure for any reason, unless the Organiser decides otherwise.

Participants must treat the facility with care and use it strictly in accordance with notices and staff instructions. Graffiti, vandalism, wilful or reckless conduct, unauthorised alteration and misuse are strictly prohibited. Parents, guardians and responsible adults must assess whether they and each accompanying child are suitable to participate and must care for, supervise and control each accompanying child throughout participation. The Organiser and Operator have no duty to assess fitness to participate and assume no responsibility for any person’s health, ability or suitability merely because that person is admitted.
All visitors and participants must comply with all rules and restrictions prescribed by onsite staff and for each facility. The Organiser and Operator reserve the right at any time, for any safety, health, operational, behavioural or other reason they consider appropriate, to refuse admission or use, stop participation or require immediate departure, without giving reasons, refund, compensation or alternative arrangement.
The Organiser or Operator may, without prior notice, delay, suspend, restrict, shorten, vary or cancel any session, or close all or any part of the facility, because of adverse weather, strong winds, lightning, rain, extreme heat, surface temperature, overcrowding, technical or structural issues, equipment or power failure, government or authority direction, public safety, emergency, force majeure or any other safety or operational reason. No participant may make any claim or demand any refund, compensation or replacement session as a result.
Photography, filming, audio recording or live streaming may take place at the Event. By entering the Event or using the facility, each participant consents to the Organiser and its authorised persons using photographs, footage or recordings containing the participant’s image, likeness or voice worldwide, in perpetuity and royalty-free, without further notice or compensation, for event-recording, publicity, promotional, media, social-media and reporting purposes.
DISCLAIMER:
Each participant acknowledges and accepts that use of an inflatable play facility involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated, including falls, collisions, abrasions, sprains, fractures, other personal injury, property loss or more serious consequences. Each participant voluntarily chooses to participate and assumes all risks and responsibilities relating to participation in, entry to or use of the facility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will the Organiser, Hongkong Land, venue owner, property manager, Operator, sponsors, or their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and representatives (collectively, the “Protected Parties”) be liable for any injury, pain, death, loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by any participant or affecting any property, however arising, including from any act, omission or negligence of any Protected Party, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Each parent, guardian or responsible adult, for themselves and each accompanying child, agrees to release and waive, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim, action, liability or demand against any Protected Party relating to participation in, entry to or use of the facility.
Each participant and their parent, guardian or responsible adult will jointly and severally indemnify and keep indemnified the Protected Parties against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of or in connection with that participant’s or accompanying child’s breach of these Terms, breach of instructions, improper, dangerous, reckless or unlawful conduct, or damage to the facility or another person’s property.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. No failure or delay by a Protected Party in exercising any right constitutes a waiver of that right.
The Organiser reserves the right, at any time and in its absolute discretion, to amend, supplement, cancel or replace any or all of these Terms without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. The Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision in any dispute.
By purchasing a ticket, queuing, entering the Event or using the facility, each participant confirms that they and their accompanying participants have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms. An adult accepting for a minor represents and warrants that they are the minor’s parent or legal guardian or have full authority from the parent or legal guardian, and have authority to accept these Terms for the minor.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails.
